COMMON UTV CONTROLS
You should sit on your ATV and practice locating each control without looking at it. Operating a control by second nature can be critical in emergency situations.
COMMON ATV CONTROLS
Off Highway Vehicle General Information.
Must be at least 16 years of age, 5′ tall and 100 lbs to drive an ATV. We recommend that anyone with a heart condition, chronic back problem or is pregnant to consult your physician before touring. Required attire: No open toed shoes, dresses or skirts.
UTVs are designed specifically for off-highway use and are not intended by the manufacturers to be operated on paved surfaces.
Although UTVs have a roll cage, injuries from rollovers are an inherent risk of OHV use. All operators and passengers should always wear DOT–approved helmets and keep their arms and legs inside the UTV at all times.
